Co-NETIC® AA alloy is used where high attenuation is desired. Available as fully annealed, ready for use in shielding applications, sheets are used for flat shields such as covers, panels, doors, plates, or walls and flat surfaces. Typically, no further annealing is required. In fact, we do not recommend re-anneal as this may cause structural degradation.
Our Perfection Annealed Sheet & Foil has been fully annealed to exacting specifications in a quality controlled annealing environment which builds grain structure, an important mechanical property required for ultimate shielding performance.
Perfection Annealed sheet is available in stock gauges from 0.014" to 0.062" thickness [0,36mm to 1,57mm]. Our Co-NETIC® Sheet is also available Stress Annealed by request. Co-NETIC® AA Perfection Foil stock is fully annealed and available in gauges from 0.002" to 0.010" thickness [0,05mm to 0,25mm]. Foil provides effective shielding with minimum fabrication, avoiding expensive tooling and extended deliveries. Thus, our foil has
become the preferred material for many production, prototype and
laboratory evaluation projects.
Co-NETIC® AA Stress Annealed Sheet is used where further processing is required. Available as stress annealed or partially annealed for ease of machinability, it is used for fabricated shields such as enclosures.

Alloy can be used. This alloy is a cross between Co-NETIC® and NETIC®
and generally provides properties of both. In certain applications
Co-NETIC® B may be used, but only when high initial permeability and
highest attenuation are not necessary.
